StSicily, is currently organizing internship camp courses, which will take place in 2022. The internship camp courses concern the training of various professional figures. Each course will take place in two different sessions: in winter and in summer.

The Internship Camp Course are:

All courses will open during the Winter / Summer 2022 internship and will take place in Munich, Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition.
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web).
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Monitor social channels for trending news, ideas, and memes, then capitalize on those trends. throughour social media accounts.
  • Perform research into our client’s industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding. their reach in the digital space.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program or BTS or Master’s.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Language skills English Mandatory, German would be an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market research, generate leads, prospecting through cold calls, setting up and attending sales calls and meetings, follow-up and CRM updates, direct sales of membership and sponsorship (for the assigned accounts), building and retaining relationship with existing clients.
  • Assist in developing and updating all (events or webinars) marketing materials (in print and online).
  • General assistance and organizational support to the BD department.
  • Perform Competitor analysis to identify ideas where our company can surpass the industry’s competitors.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Motivated to work with tight deadlines and ambitious targets Passionate about closing deals under pressure and in a high pace environment (experience in corporate sales, customer facing role, B2B environment, membership and sponsorship sales is a
    plus).
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral and written).
  • Able to process large amount of information quickly and take decisions to solve problems.
    Capable to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
    Proficient in English (any other foreign language is an asset).
  • Currently a student or graduating with a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Management or similar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel (experience with CRM software is an advantage).

  • Full-stack product, system, and mobile development using C++, Java, PHP, JavaScript, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, and other languages.

  • Good understanding of network administration and IT hardware/software support issues.

  • A passion for programming, a fast learner and a willingness to provide a high level of support.

  • Locating, researching, and planning speaking engagements and events for our leaders (internally and externally).
  • To support suggested communications, prepare speaking notes, draft articles, and brief digital material.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in a firm in a communications function (internal or external) or as a communications adviser/consultant to companies.
  • Working on internal and external communications, especially media relations, is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Resourceful, action-oriented, and detail-oriented.
  • Confident dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Ability to generate demonstrable effect by combining creativity and analytical thinking.
